1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Win Box Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

2Win Box Member Eligibility

To register for and use the Win Box platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

8Account Closure & Suspension

Win Box reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the required KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Member themselves, or by a lawful representative in applicable cases.
• Win Box's determination that continued account activity is inconsistent with the platform's responsible gambling policy.

Members may also close their Win Box account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12Win Box Terms & Conditions Amendment
